All jewelry is made by hand, to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. All jewelry is packed in a plastic bag and comes in a jewellery box.
Meraki is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full clear address. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
Although we check all our jewellery for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. The only pieces eligible for return and refund is if it reaches the customer damaged and we are notified instantly.
